Wilsoft applications are available in two different hosting models: LAN (On-Premises) model and Cloud (Off-Premises) model.
LAN (On-Premises) model
The application is installed on a company’s internal server and runs over its LAN or Intranet. Wilsoft provides the company with the files required to install the application.
When this model is selected, Wilsoft also provides remote technical support on the client’s server. Support services include the installation of updates, report customization, and remote server administration via remote desktop-sharing software. If needed, Wilsoft will arrange a time for a Client Support Representative to be granted access to log in to the remote server. After the support task has been completed, the client may turn off Wilsoft’s access rights until the next update is needed.
Wilsoft recommends the following technical requirements for the On-Premises model
